FTH spam filter bouncing a member's email reply.

Hello, this is Ray, club 8422. I'm having an issue with FTH bouncing email from a member who is replying to group email.
Can you help me figure it out please?

The issue was "Message Not Delivered" is that the same as a bounce?

The email was sent from an address not listed on your membership database. FTH will only allow club email to be sent from email addresses on the club website database (or whitelisted addresses). Each member can have up to two email addresses on their profile.
