Unable to login to Club Website due to Incorrect Email Address

I am a new member of Hola Toastmaster Club 5054, but not new to Toastmasters. Previously belonged to another club.
The problem is my email address was entered incorrectly, and now I cannot access our website as a member because authentication link is being sent to the incorrect email. My correct email address is: shambry.ratliff@gmail.com

I am the VPE for Hola for the 2017-2018 year and need to be able to access agendas. Please, can you help fix this problem?

Hola also listed my name and communication status incorrectly,. In error, I was put me in as Shambry Ratiff, ACB: That should be corrected to read: Shambry Ratliff. There is no need to list my communication status here.

Thank you for your assistance in getting this problem fixed.

I talked to site administrator Renee, already. We have tried everything. Bill Hester, our Treasurer, corrected my email address, but my name with incorrect toastmaster designation is still showing up. I received message to check email for authentication. I did that, setup new password, and when I tried to login with it it gave me another "check email for authentication message. Before I did all of this I edited my profile on Hola toastmaster site and removed the incorrect ACB designation after my name, but it continues to show up in login.

I am at my wits end with this. Please help, there has to be something that can be done to resolve this problem!

Shambry...

1) I checked and rechecked and rechecked the email you've shown with the one at your club's site, and they do seem to match.

2) I tried to log in as you, but did not include the password. It should send the email to you and it gave the message you said, but...

3) It also instructs you to check your spam or junk email folder. Did you check this? Please let me know what you did and didn't check.

4) Your name in membership Management is listed as: Shambry Ratliff, CC, CL

5) Just for kicks, what was the number of your previous club? Is there any chance you were trying to log into that one, by accident?

At the moment, we should be investigating whether an email was sent to your email address, so you really need to let us know that it is NOT in your junk/spam folder.

Wes, you can just search the email logs...

That will be my next step, after Shambry does the spam folder check, and we verify that the bad logins aren't being done to the old club website. I'd like Shambry to do a little bit of homework, first...
