It appears that our friend has logged into the site a few hours ago, but hasn't notified us here. S'okay, I think we can declare the problem solved.

Incorrect, that was me logging in as the user. Have to wait a few days to let the user tell us that the issue is resolved. I always recommend requesting confirmation of issue resolution.

I did notice on rereading your initial request, that you asked that the Toastmasters levels after your name be removed so that your login displayed just your name. I did remove them, so that you'll now simply log in as Shambry Ratliff, though I'm not sure it'll make much difference, as long as you let the login screen automatically fill in whatever is needed for your name.

If you don't, then maybe this will make things easier for you.

Another one of the FTH people has suggested that before logging in, that you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen, and click on the little link that says "Click here to reload website from server." It's possible that your browser is tripping you up and needs its cache cleared, and clicking on that link will do it.

If you still can't log in, we'll still want you to answer the three questions I left for you above, and of course, let us know when you can finally log in.

Thank you to everyone who assisted me. I had heard of freetoasthost, but today was my first experience with it. I appreciated the expediency that my request for assistance was answered with, and the continued updated support that came in.
