Treasurer Functions-Dues page on FTH is not working

Hello.
I have been exploring the Treasurer Functions (Dues Management Tab) for this Fiscal Year 2017-2018. I have noticed that the Basic follow-up Email for PAID and UNPAID Dues does not work. I have included myself in both lists and have not received any follow-up email from

I have previously used the "send notices" email (under the same Dues Management window) which contains the "invoice template" and that email went out successfully to all my recipients.

Please advice on how I could resolve this issue. Otherwise I have to email reminders to members in separate emails.

I want to make the tool Dues follow-up work for our club!

The dues tool is not designed for what you are attempting to do, it just sends out email, It does not do followup.

Once someone pays you mark paid and they don't get anymore emails. It is simple and meant to stay that way.
