Time shown on Calendar is not working

Our club calendar shows the meeting time as 12pm. Our actual meeting time is 6:00pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
I have tried using the following time zones to no avail:
GMT
America/Denver
MST
US Mountain
MST7MDT

once you set the time zone for your site you have to open and save the agenda then the time will display correctly.
