Our toastmasters website at 9692.toastmastersclub.org has been running either very slow or returning a "server cannot be found" message. This has been going on for about a week and I get the same results regardless of the browser or system I am using. My club members are having a similar experience. Any ideas?

Sorry about that. I mistakenly put in the wrong address. Many members inside our company (we are an open club, but 90% work for the same company) are having issues with 9692.toastmastersclubs.org loading slowly or not at all from inside the office. Happens with either IE or Chrome. From outside the office or using an iPad that is connected to the office wireless, it works fine. My IT folks claim it is nothing on their end and suggested clearing caches. Sometimes this works, but only once and the problem is back the next time you try to load. Any ideas?

Most of the slow-down seems to happen when logging on or moving between pages.

more info needed.... is it certain days or times of day? Is it specific people? Specific pages? Do you access via http or https?

We are not seeing anything on our end. There certainly could be a problem but unless we can reproduce it or you can give us something tangible to see, it is near impossible for us to determine a cause that we can do anything about. I am not going to just make random changes based on guesses.

It could be an interaction of some sort. (like w/ your security software) Have you tried accessing from a different computer? If you can access ok on a different computer then it is likely something on the original computer causing the problem.

Please don't take this the wrong way. We *do* want to help, but it is difficult for us to do anything without something specific that we can reproduce or see ourselves.
