agenda template will only load top event

I was able to successfully create an agenda template (see attachment Agenda template) and save it properly. When logged in as admin, I go to create a new agenda based on that template, I only get the top line (see Agenda editing). I have also logged on as a member and same experience. Only the top line shows up (see Agenda editing). Am I missing a setting somewhere?

That doesn't seem to be the top line from the template image you've provided. We'll need your club number to investigate. Also - what is the name of the template you selected?

Thanks for reply Pam. Club 3808 out of Kansas City, MO and the agenda I am using is NN Agenda Template - looks to be very much what the top line is being loaded but maybe I am not seeing something correctly.

There is more detail in the role description of your template.

I managed to load an agenda from your NN Template successfully (I have deleted it). I suggest you delete your 2 October dated agenda and create a new one again.
