Time slots for club meeting agenda does not reflect the time in the manuals

How can we get the club meeting agenda to reflect the different manuals that different members are using? We have quite a few in the advanced manuals but the agenda will not reflect the time allocated.

At this time there is no automatic way of adjusting the time. The VPED has to manually change the speech time based on the speech selected.
