I'm still trying to under this. I'm not sure if this is the same issue.

I have read through the support docs as well as some of the threads but I just can't seem to get a handle on this "on behalf of." A number of our members send email to: members-4291@toastmastersclubs.org and every email comes in saying on behalf of Jodi Carlson. She has not been member for a few years, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out where that setting is to either delete it or change it.

(different issue)

It is not us, it is your email agent caching a name with an email address.
