Paid Members are unable to sign up for a role on the agenda

Admin is unable to add members to the agenda due members name appear as grayed out. These are paid members showing as grayed out. The Dues Management list has been verified with updated paid members. Please advise.

Greyed out members have previously stated that they will not be attending that meeting.

The system will not allow you to add a member to a meeting role who has previously stated that they will not be attending a particular meeting.

If you hover your mouse over one of the drop-downs, it clearly states this.

This particular member is trying to sign up for a role. And am greyed members were previously marked as unpaid. Please assist thanks.

Well, they are not going to be able to sign up for a role if they previously stated they were not attending.

You need to mark them as attending in the Attendance tab (Edit Agenda) if they will now be attending so that they can take a role.

Paid members have **nothing** to do with this--it is all attendance related. Paid/unpaid is not reflected anywhere other than membership management and the dues module. I am the system developer... so I know how the system works... I created the code..
