Authentication emails

When a member requests a password reset (or to authenticate for the forst time), is an email sent immediately? I have had several new members say they have not received an email, so they do this repeatedly trying to get a link. Or has there possibly been an issue with this recentlyy about which I am unaware? Thanks for any info you can provide.

Please post your club number in every post. then we can see what is going on.

Have them check their Junk/spam boxes.

If not there let us know their names and we will check.

Alan's mail service is not accepting email from our server. He will have to check with them why they have us blocked.
