When I print the agenda it shows the TI logo instead of names for the meeting role assignments. When I email the agenda it shows the names correctly. What am I doing wrong?

You likely have printing member photos enabled, and you get the logo if a member has not uploaded their photo.

You can just shut off the member photos printing in the Agenda Global Settings module.
