Software error message - but not from Free Toast Host

Tried to List All Agendas so as to copy an older one (Feb 2017 Contest template) to a future date (Feb 2018).
Got the following error message: Software error:
Can't call method "format_cldr" on an undefined value at /var/www/cgi-bin/meeting_db.pl line 163.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

root@localhost didn't work but root@localhost.org did. Now I suspect it was directed to someone other than you guys.

Happened around 1:47PM CST on Nov 6.
Have others had trouble copying older agenda templates to create new ones recently?
(I apologize if this was previously reported; I just didn't take time to reveiw 5+ pages of postings.)

Invalid meeting time in db (it was negative). I fixed this for you.
