Club Not Able to Email Out Agenda to Members

Helping a club -
www.plainstoastmasters.com
- with their problem of not being able to email out agendas to their members. Some members receive, but not all.
they have a custom domain & everything appears to be set correctly. Was working fine (I am told)
Here is the error message they get - said this started a month ago & was working fine before this - they didn't make any changes that pre-empted this error - pic of screenshot error attached.
