Club 7892 - VPE unable to send emails to members-7892@toastmastersclubs.org

Hi there,

our VPE (tatjanadomazet1@bigpond.com) cannot successfully send emails to our members-7892@toastmastersclubs.org group. (Well - it allows her the send the emails but they never arrive.)

She is registered on FTH with that email address and has been able to send emails to the group until recently. I have added @bigpond.com to the email whitelist but this has not helped.

She does not receive any emails back with errors. (eg. Saying that she is not authorised etc)

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

I can see email from her hitting the server

it looks like she either spelt the email address wrong or she sent it to server@toastmastersclubs.org and not members-nnnnn

It turns out the display name for the email address was different to the underlying address. So the display-name was "members-7892@toastmastersclubs.org" and the underlying, real address was incorrect : "server@toastmastersclubs.org"
