First, I find FreeToastHost an extremely valuable tool, easy to use and very helpful. In relation to this question, I am able to easily use the plus-mark at the far right edge of the icons at the top of any agenda page to create a new agenda. The first option there is to set a date, and a calendar conveniently opens making this an easy task. The second option allows for a template to be selected. Then I can click the Save button at the end of the dialog box and the agenda is saved.
My issue/question is two-fold. First, since I am going into the creation dialog from a previously created agenda, couldn't the system recognize this agenda and set its template as the default for the new agenda? The drop-down menu would be great to keep there, since I may not be creating a standard meeting agenda, but it'd be nice not to have to select anything from it.
Second, the dialog assumes I am making changes to the agenda being created after a new agenda has been saved. In fact, I suspect that the most common action at this point is to create another agenda using the same template. It appears the only way to do this is to close this dialog box and open it again using the plus mark. I thought that saving a newly created agenda and then resetting the date to a new one and saving that one, too, would result in two agendas being saved using the current template. Unfortunately, after doing this for what amounted to 12 agendas, expecting to have created agendas for three months, I discovered that the only agenda saved was one with the last date entered.
I'd like to see a button added, perhaps separate from the tabs but at the top of the agenda creation dialog box that says "New", clicking on which would open the new agenda dialog box, keeping the template listed in place, with a default selection location in the date menu.
