Hi team

I recently had to change my email provider and now emails to members-nnnnnnn@toastmastersclubs.org are not being delivered. To complicate matters my email provider only lets me know several days later, by which time the original email may already be out of date.

The diagnostic information being returned looks like this:

Hi. This is the Migadu Mailer program at smtp.migadu.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message
"Assignments for Dec 11 Meeting"
to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Your mail service is on the OVH netowrk home of more hackers and spammers than any other network. secondary mx server is on an ip subnet that was banned because of a hacker. I will open the IP for now but it maybe blocked again if any illegal activity happens again.
