Agenda Comments Feature Problem

I'm not sure but that does sound plausible. Regardless, we would like to have a way to prevent this from happening since each time it involves having the administrator sign in to remove old comments.

Ok, I just tried this, but it did not copy the meeting notes... creating a new agenda from a past agenda works fine.

While I appreciate your desire to get a fix, I need to be able to reproduce the problem to fix it. I need you to talk to whoever is creating the agendas and let me know the exact steps they are using to create new agendas. (e.g. what are they creating them from)

I appreciate that this is so for unreproducible but that does not negate the desire to allow users other than the administrator to change the notes. I'm still suggesting there should be an enhancement to allow the VPE (or selectable role) to edit the notes.

As you do not seem to be willing to help me find a way to reproduce the problem you are claiming, I am not willing to put any more time into this and I am locking this thread.

As far as requests for feature enhancements, there is Improvement Suggestions forum that is specifically for those.
