However, when I now go to www.toastmasters.org.za I get the error message "Your connection is not private " (see attached).
Our website hosting company advised:
The server that is hosting your website is not using a security certificate associated with your domain name, you will have to direct this query to your website developers.
Please can you assist to resolve this?

The proper setup of your site is your responsibility we do provide the secure certificate for you to use.

Our club had purchased and set up a custom domain about 3 months ago and everything has been working great.
At that initial setup period we had encountered an issue when you'd try to load the site and you get a "not secure" page (see attached).
That was resolved by your team setting us up with a secure SSL certificate..but now we are seeing that error page again.
Looks like the secure SSL certificate expired 2 days ago (please see attached).
We really appreciate you guys helping us before with the certificate.
Could you please help us again by renewing our certificate?
Thanks!

I have read the document you sent regarding site security and I am still not clear what is causing this problem.
I have enforced HTTPS in our FTH Website Settings but the problem still persists.
Please, can you advise what else I need to do to fix this? Alternatively, if it cannot be fixed, please can you let me know and I will revert to our old website.
Thank you.

you can see if your certificate has expired or not. If it has, the Free Toast Host team will have to renew it for you.
