E-mail agendas to Club Archive Email address?

Are agendas sent via the Send Meeting Agenda via E-mail function supposed to be sent to the Club Archive Email Address? I tried a test email last night to the Table Topics Master, but I haven't seen it show up in the archive account. Thanks!
