DNS record and IP address

Hi all,

Recently, I haven't been able to update the floater text on our site. I get this message:
Basic Settings Tab - This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the existing "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.

Admittedly, our domain points towards a different IP address (50.63.202.21). Did which IP address it had to point to change recently?

I also got this message when logging in today:
NOTE: We were unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate for your custom domain: www.francophonebilingualtoastmasters.com
This means that you will not be able to access your website using https:// after any existing
certificates expire.

Is it related?

yes it is all related if you do not follow our specifications then you cannot expect your custom domain and secure certificate to work.

Thanks! I'll get those updated. Just wondering, why was it working before December?

Looks like the domain was renewed in December, maybe they let it expire before renewing.

Expires on 2018-12-22 - Updated on 2017-12-23
