Unable to reset login password

Hello, we recently started using a website for our Flatiron TM club ( flatiron.toastmastersclubs.org/ ). I haven't been able to login so I followed the instructions to reset my password. When I try to do this, no matter what, I get an error message saying "Invalid password." I can't figure out how to reset my password and I have cookies enabled.
