Order of Roles Varies in Printed Agenda Signup Sheets

When I go to Meeting Agenda and print out a role list for the next 5 meetings, the order of the meeting roles can vary from week to week. How can I get the same order of roles for each role signup sheet?

We would need to know your club number to check on this.

However, my suspicion would be that the order of the roles changes from meeting to meeting.

We do not change the order of meeting roles very often, but it does seem to change when there is a different meeting (like a speech contest). Please take a look at the two attachments.

Yes a speech contest that does not use the same roles will through everything out of wack until it rolls off.

The code does the best it can to determine what list of roles to use and in what order to show them for this feature.

However, meetings with varying roles and ordering of roles will throw it off. This is not a bug... It is as designed since you are forcing the code to represent the roles from 5 meetings in one list even if the meeting roles vary.

If you do not want the contest to mess up the sign-up sheet just exclude it from the print-out by un-checking its checkbox in the initial pop-up. You can then print a separate sign-up sheet for the contest or just use the future contest meeting agenda itself as the sign-up sheet. (I have done that.)
