Customizing Agenda Dropdown List

On the Meeting Agendas page, is there a way to limit the number of agendas in the agenda dropdown list? If so, how can that be done?

The meeting agenda dropdown lists all future agendas.

If the checkbox is checked to List all agendas, it will show all past, present and future agendas.

May we ask what you are thinking with a custom dropdown list?

Our VPE would like the dropdown list to shown only future and recent meetings (last couple of months).

Tell the vpe to take out the tick beside the drop down that that is all they will see.
