How do I email the agenda to the Prospects and/or Guests groups?

When I receive a contact form submission and the person says that they want to receive club emails, there appears to be no way to do that without having to copy and paste every prospect's email address into a regular email.

This is unlikely to be changed. We are *very* sensitive to any possibility of potentially sending emails to non-members that could be perceived as spam, as it is the FTH server that gets dinged on spam blacklists, not your club.
Hence, there are "guardrails' and intentional limitations on the functionality because of this. - seeker
