Web administrator sent out a basic email to members. In the email, an email address was for an officer was provided for members to contact officer. A member sent email to treasurer-club#@toastmastersclubs.org The email was rejected and stated member waqs not authorized. The member email address was correct and a current member.

Please advise what needs to be done to ensure the email address works.

Well, it appears that Kathy has gotten dinged for being a spammer. :whistle:
The following is the key piece from the email header excerpt below:

So, she should either send from a different email address or your club will need to increase your Spam Assassin threshold to let her send from this email address. (I recommend the former.)
