Member Role Reporting Tool

Every member can pull their own role and speech report before leaving the club.

Well, if the former member is in your Former Members list vs having been deleted, then you just need to temporarily move them to the members list so that the system will allow you to access them in the agenda module. (then move them back to the former list after)

If you have deleted them, it is likely going to be very difficult to get history because their identity would be lost. Even if I recreate a new member record for them, it would have a new different member record ID, so it would be a major headache to get all that re-matched up again.

Thank you for shedding some light on that. We'll resort to the good old hard copies of the manual in this case.

Sadly, my experience is that most members don't even know the reporting tool exists. I shared with my club recently and was surprised to find out as much. Had I known myself about this, I would have pulled those records before I left.

I'll be sure to guide others along this path, should they care about their records.
