Time allocation on Agenda

On the FTH Agenda the time allocated for an assignment is placed in the left column. Allocated time for each assignment, is it possible to add eg.

Time Assignment Assigned time Assignee
7:32PM President's Opening Remarks 2min Brian Jones

If you want a different layout for the agenda, then you will have to copy the agenda to MS Word or other and create the layout you want.

The global setting is for the times in the left column... some people do not want to show them.
