Unable to select new password and access club login

Hello,

I am a new member to TM Club # 6103644 Once Upon a Time - When attempting to login and use password it states the password is not correct. When I attempt to reset, nothing happens...it just continues into a loop.

I just need to reset password.

You should have an email in your inbox. Follow the link and put in your new password in both boxes.
Hint use the little eye to see your password as typed.

Server is case sensitive and no blanks in password.
