Administrator passord reset does not work

Good Day,
I am site administrator for 2 clubs and cannot login as administrator for Good News Toastmasters 8742 even though I have reset the password and followed the instructions given. Is it something to do with the fact that we are trying to help two Free Host Toast Clubs with the same email?

I get the error message that the username or pw is incorrect. I have reset it twice according to the email instructions with no luck. Please HELP

You have to watch what club the reset is is for.

The link in the email will take you to the club that issued the reset request.

The reset email is going to khdonald@shaw.ca

I tried again to reset the pw and it still does not work in Good News Toastmasters 8742

-I put in the club number (8742)
- the new Pw as I entered on the link that was brought up in the club administration link

Still get the error message that the the user name or pw is incorrect

1) You need to pay attention to the error messages, I have removed the domain name as it is not setup correctly.

2) i have reset the password to Toastmasters2018
login and change the password.
