Problem Creating a New Agenda

Our VP of Education reported a problem. They could not create new agendas. The edit function worked fine. In reviewing the website all the required access rights were assigned to the member. After much frustration it was discovered that our 3 Speaker Template used to create most meetings had suffered a glitch. All its meeting roles and details were wiped out. I created a meeting using our 2 Speaker Template, added a third Speaker and Evaluator, then saved it as our 3 Speaker Template. Problem solved.
Thought I'd pass this along as it did create frustration. If you encounter a similar situation review your agenda templates to ensure they are correct.

Do you know when the the 3 speaker template was last used or updated?

The problem with our three speaker agenda first surfaced November 26, 2017. Our VP of Education had created meeting agendas up to March. She had been able to edit the dates of meetings cancelled moving them forward. Over Christmas break attempts to create April meetings failed. January 23, 2018 I viewed the three speaker template and it was blank. I then saved a past meeting agenda as our three speaker template and it has been working fine since then. In testing it I believe I used our two speaker template and it worked fine. I did not think of testing the three speaker template until January 23, then seeing the problem updated it. There had been a string of problems with the VP of Education's laptop and internet. In error I held off focusing on it until those problems were fixed.

I hope the laptop has been brought up to date with windows 10 and the current browsers.

We can only delete the offending no date agendas, you will need to recreate them.

In future please have the VPEd click the reload link at bottom of the site to ensure they have the latest code before editing/adding new agenda. Also please keep track of the steps used so we can try and duplicate the issue.
