Unable to reset login password

Hi! One of our members (Ashleigh Nicoletti) is having the same issues. When she tries to reset her password (using the link from the emails sent to her), she inserts an eligible password, but the prompt is telling her that she has entered an invalid password. We have checked cookies/etc.

1) please do not jump on on another persons thread.

2) have her click reload at the bottom of your site

3) have her type her password into notepad and copy/paste it into both boxes when she is changing the password.
