Urgent - Website unable to load due to iframe

Hi FTH Support,

I have been playing where i shouldn't have been.

I was testing iframes and put one in the banner title. Resulting in the website no longer loading anything past the iframe, so in the other words the whole website. I am not able to access the admin console to remove the code.

Could i please get a devs or admin's help removing the iframe html from the banner title.

1) You just have to post once, we will get to your issue when we are able to. Multiple posting are just an irritant.

2) Please read the terms of use you have definitely gone way beyond the intention of FTH and is use. If you want to be a web developer, please go and pay for your own site and experiment all you want.

3) We will correct the issue when we have time. We are all volunteers and do this in our free time, because we enjoy helping fellow Toastmasters.

4) I suggest you inform your club why you decided to break the club website, as they are the ones that use the site to run their club.

After submitting the first post I notice it did not appear in the Support Forum or under 'My Topics' which is what prompted me to post a second time. I wasn't aware that there was some type of replication / approval step involved.

After SteveTheTechie's response to my first post which has since been removed. I went and read the Terms of Use to better understand the situation and see now where i went wrong. Unfortunately web development is beyond my capabilities, which is why the FTH platform is fantastic to work from.

I have informed my club of the situation and the circumstances surrounding the websites current state.


Again thank you all FTH Developers and Administrators, it was not my intention to take up so much of peoples time especially leading into the weekend.

Thank you Brian, it means a lot and thank you to SteveTheTechie and any other devs / admins that took the time to help / look into my inquiry.

Going into the officers training in a few weeks I will now have a personal lesson to share with all our fellow toastmasters when it comes to signing up or managing a FTH hosted website..... read the Terms of Use and don't play where one should not!!!

I will be sure to drop into the general forum when I have something i don't understand.
