Server not responding

When I try to access www.toastmastersclubs.org both Safari and Google Chrome time out and say cannot access the server. However, my colleague who I was on the phone to at the time had no problem. This means that any website run on FreeToastHost, such as www.guildfordspeakers.com is also inaccessible to me - but not my colleague so it must jus be the servers that I am using. I have gone into the Guildford website before so I really don't understand where the problem is. I have spoken to BT who say that as long as I can access other websites, it is not a Broadband problem. Strangely, I can get into the FreeToastHost support website to write this. Does anyone have any idea of where this problem might lie and how I might solve it - it is rather frustrating!! Many thanks to you all.
