Unable to delete Agenda Items

My name is Gary Roth, and I am the president of the Manassas Community Toastmasters. We are running into a problem with the Agendas where we can delete items off the agendas that we create Nothing happens when we click on the trash can icon. Please advise on what may be causing the problem and what we can do to fix it.
