Floater Message Not Working

Hi,

My club (222) is trying to use the floater message on the club's website to advertise an upcoming meeting time change. The issue is that the floater isn't showing up in Chrome but it is showing up in Internet Explorer. How do we get the floater to show in Chrome?

In the past the floater message tab included a checkbox for if a floater would be shown or not; this checkbox is no longer there. But it looks like the floater functionality was recently updated since it says 'updated' next to each text-box title.

2) the floater only shows once per day.

1) The floater is not working, I've asked 3 other people in my club to go to the website and check to see if there is one or not. Only the one using IE was able to see the floater at all; myself and the other 2 club members couldn't see anything at all and were using Chrome.

2) I didn't dismiss the floater, it never appeared for us.

I am using firefox and chrome and saw the floater on both.

I also just logged in as you and saw the members floater
