Agenda Editing Missing Assigned Member Block

When entering an agenda item with 0 minutes, the assign to member block does not show on the second entry. The agenda item shows the assign member block OK on the actual agenda. Just not on the template.

If you are referring to the Ballot Counter, then you should note that typically you would number each distinct occurrence so that the system knows that you are not just referencing the same person in the same role in multiple parts of the agenda.

For example, Ballot Counter #1, Ballot Counter #2, etc. You should find that these each will have a member assignment block.
