Toastmaster cannot be changed on the agenda

The toastmaster on our website agenda cannot be changed (towards the end of the meeting) and it is set to a member named Weiting Yu. We need to be able to change this.
This seems to be a bug on the website.

Go to the pencil icon and change who is the Toastmaster. The admin needs to go into the administrator tab though and take off anyone who is Toastmaster there though...

There is only 1 one Toastmaster per meeting and it is
Toastmaster
Role filled by Wafae T. Owen, DTM

The same Toastmaster closes the meeting
Toastmaster
The Toastmaster asks visitors for feedback and returns control to the president.
Role filled by Wafae T. Owen, DTM

Okay, can you please look at the Agenda for 3/9 and 3/16 ? Nobody has signed up for Toastmaster, but at 8.20pm, the Toastmaster role is set to Weiting Yu.
This field should be empty.

Whatever Template you are using has the Toastmaster setup wrong.

You need to have * i.e. *Toastmaster* around repeating roles I fixed those 2 dates but you need to fix your template.
