Page Will Not Load

After pasting the following code onto the "source file" of my club's landing page, it will not open. It just has a small circle that spins as if its opening. The code is from www.guidebook.com . I have used this same code on the site a few years ago, but also use it code on my personal website. As I look at the source code, I think the paste function didn't include the closing bracket. For the sake of not preventing other members from logging onto the site, can the admin for FreeToastHost end the process on the remote server OR restore our page from a backup? I take it you are referring to #1 in the Terms of Agreement. I certainly would have consulted if I thought it was in that ballpark but in hindsight, I see it probably is. My apologies. Yes, please clear the page for me. By clearing the page, does that wipe all content or just the code? I will not paste the code to the site anymore, but hope we can save the rest of the content.

The entry that cause all the issues was a java script, had nothing to do with the guestbook form you posted.
