Note: As ADMIN, I can see the X next to her name, but she said that she did not see it when she went into the meeting agenda to remove herself from the meeting role earlier this morning.

Here's a screen shot that she sent me this morning from her view (when, at that time, she was assigned the Table Topics Session role).

You'll also notice in her screen shot that it doesn't show the Confirm button below her name on the right.

I did a little extra detective work and I think I found the problem. It looks like the screen shot that she took is for the February 20th meeting, not the March 20th meeting that she needed to edit. So, of course, she can't edit a prior club meeting agenda.

I'm checking back with her to make sure that she is able to get into and edit the future meeting agendas. I'll reply again once I've confirmed that it's working properly on her end.

Thanks,

Tonia

Okay, to close this one out - I confirmed that indeed she had selected the wrong meeting from the View Another Agenda drop down menu (just happened to also be on the 20th). I informed her that she cannot edit a prior meeting. She then selected the 3-30-18 meeting from the list and was able to see and click on the X next to Role assigned to Carol Cunard and she was removed successfully.

Thanks for looking into it, Steve.

Have a great day.

Tonia
