Member unable to remove herself from meeting agenda - even when logged in

A member logged in and attempted to remove herself from the meeting agenda but there was no X next to her name. Nor was there a Confirm buttom below her name. That indicates that the meeting agenda system did not recognize her login, even though she could she the "logged in as Her Name" and "Log Out as Her Name" listed in the menu on the left margin.

As website admin, how can I check this setup and make any adjustments so that she can handle her own edits to the meeting agendas?

Thanks,

Lets not draw any conclusions before we have had a chance to look into the situation. What is the member's name?

Tonia,

I took a look. She is not signed up for any roles in future agendas from what I can see, so I would not expect to find a Confirm button anywhere for her. Am I missing something?

Members can only remove themselves from future meeting agendas... that is by design. If she is referring to a past meeting agenda, only the VPE (or an officer w/ agenda create rights) or admin can change those.

So... I am not sure what she is referring to that is a problem... can you check?

We took care of here issue, so yes she is not showing as having a meeting role.

Let me add her back to a future agenda so that you can check it out again.
