Hi, I am the Secretary for Friendly TM of Ft. Lauderdale. I administer the website 3001.toastmastersclubs.org/ . One of our Toastmasters, Shea Hansen (ms.shea.hansen@gmail.com), is unable to log in. She gets the attached message (see screenshot). I offered to help her get this straightened out after having passed along the instructions to type her name and then hit "authenticate." Can you please advise me on what steps Shea can take to be able to log in successfully?

No authentication email had been sent. I've just triggered one now, she should get the email and follow the instructions to log in and set a new password
