Deleting account with wrong username

Hello.
I had created an account too quickly, with a username that I did not wish.
It seems usernames cannot be changed, so i created a new account, and would like the other one deleted.

Is there an EMAIL I can sent to someone with the account (username) I want deleted,
vs posting it in the forums (which I would prefer not to do)?
