Access Locked to Members...including admin #2

Our agendas become locked before the meeting has occurred. Specifically, how long before the meeting time is the online agenda locked? I have signed up for a role 3.5 hours before the start of the meeting. Others have been locked out of that night's meeting (they cannot recall how close to the meeting time they tried to sign up for a role).

Sounds like you have a problem, how about helping us figure out what it is and tell us your club number to start with.

Then you can tll us what time zone your club is in and what time zone your PC is set to.

I logged in as admin and yesterdays agenda is not showing as locked.

Please let us know immediately when this is happening next time.

I signed into our website first as Member and second as Administrator. In both cases:
-- Agenda for March 27th: Invocation is Locked to Members.
-- Agenda for February 27th: TipMaster, JokeMaster, and Invocation is Locked to Members.
What is the purpose of locking at all? Locking prevents us from updating past meetings, which prevents us from using the Meeting Reports feature, a VERY handy way tracking who takes on what role.

March 27 is not locked to the Admin.
All items after the date are locked to members.
Past date items are supposed to be locked to members. Just the site admin and VP ED can update past agendas.
