Access Locked to Members...including admin #2

-- I signed into our website Administrator for the 3/27 Agenda. The Invocation says "Locked to Members."
-- Our agendas become locked before the meeting has occurred.
-- The member with this issue logged in ONE HOUR before our meeting. Roles were "Locked to Members."

I just logged in as the admin and the agenda is not locked.
You need to click the edit button, and you can change the agenda.
The Invocation says locked because it was never assigned.

As far as the other members you will have to let us know who is having the issue and when it is happening.

Our member Eileen Mansfield (Shore Speakers #7478) has tried to sign up for a role one hour before the meeting, and the roles were locked.

What time zone does her PC say she is in?
What time was showing on her PC?
