Toastmaster of the Week Agenda Editing

Hi -

I have set my default agenda template to allow the Toastmaster of the Week to edit the agenda, but I've discovered that if that Toastmaster edits the Toastmaster role, editing access is somehow removed. This causes frustration and confusion for Toastmasters of the Week. Please look into this.

If the Toastmasters of the Week removes themselves from the role they will loose edit ability.
Think about your question .........
If they remove themselves they are no longer Toastmaster of the Week.....
This is working as designed.

Thanks, but I guess I wasn't clear. The TM/week did NOT remove herself, she just edited her role, e.g., added the weekly meeting theme. Upon saving that edit, the pencil editing icon disappears and she is no longer able to edit that agenda. I proved this last week by doing a screen sharing session with the TM/week.

Check and see that they didn't remove that the TOW had edit authority.
