toastmasters site is unavailable

The URL has been unavailable to several people over last few days. The URL times out or returns error page stating:
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

Cleared cache and same result.

We are not seeing any issues at our end. The server is running fine.

It does seem your IBM IP's have gotten themselves onto the Maxmind Block for malicious traffic.
If you are using a VPN I would suggest that you not use it anymore.

Check developer console on load for any errors in red.
