Username not auto-generating, unable to login

Hello,

My username is not auto-generating when I type in the first four letters of my name. I have been unable to log in for a couple of weeks now. I am the president of my club and I am in good standing. My web admin said everything looks good on his end; I am in the system and should have access. Please advise how I can reset or what I should do.

Jackie, you must type your name the exact same way it is spelled in your member profile, or it will not work.

Wow I didn't realize that changing my profile from Jaclyn to Jackie would change my login status.... it works now! Thanks guys.
