Blind member can't login to FTH. Can we remove login dropdown?

Our club has a blind member and her blind-assisting computer cannot navigate the drop-down in the username box. This prevents her from logging in and signing up for any roles, including speeches.

Is there a way to remove this drop-down feature so the login and password don't suggest anything and simply allow her to simply type without interruption? If not, is there another way she could access her account? A back-door or sorts?

Thanks!

I am sorry but we do not support any of the handycap requirements.

No sorry we cannot modify the login.

She can just type her email address in and password and ignore the drop-down.

Entering her email address is the alternative to using the drop-down.

Do you know a way around this problem? Any ideas of what I might suggest to my member so she can access the website and keep her autonomy?

We have had the email entry alternative forever... In the past, it was used when we were having server performance issues, so people did not need to wait for the server to populate the drop-down.
