I have read the information and viewed the answers, however it will not allow me to copy and paste the link?????

You must switch the editor to Source view to insert the button codes. Just pasting them directly in the editor will not work.

I am the administrator do I not have access to this function?

if you are editing a page you have access to the source button.

If not you need to talk to your club website administrator.
